Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods like coffee and food. However, if there are any issues with these products, we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or a refund. Return either via mail or to designated drop off location without restocking fee. Upon safe retrieval of the item we will process appropriate exchange or refund within 7 working days.
