The natural process (also known as dry processing) involves drying the coffee cherry with the fruit still intact, allowing sugars and compounds from the fruit to influence the final cup. This results in coffees that are typically more fruit-forward, with deeper sweetness and a heavier body compared to washed coffees.

In this collection, expect flavours ranging from ripe berries and tropical fruit to jammy sweetness, wine-like acidity and rich chocolate undertones. Natural coffees are particularly exciting in filter brewing methods like V60, Orea and Chemex, where their complexity and intensity can really shine, but they can also produce bold, characterful espresso.

We focus on high-quality natural lots that maintain clarity alongside their intensity, avoiding overly fermented or muddy profiles and instead delivering clean, well-structured cups.
