Having really decent coffee in the office isn't just for you and your colleagues, it's also a way to create great first impressions and experiences for your clientele and other invitees.

We've sat through enough business meetings, pitches and client visits of our own to know that the experience is so much more rewarding with decent coffee – so we decided to offer our own Office Coffee Subscription to help you along.

How it works

You just need to know the answer to a few questions:

1. How many people are in your office?
   Be diligent, the calculator is based on 1 drink per person per day – so if your consumption is higher or lower, adjust accordingly (or email us to make a change to your subscription).
2. What grind size do you need?
   We offer whole bean, filter grind (like V60, Moccamaster, Batch Filter), and French Press/Cafetière grind.
3. Would you like to receive all-round crowd pleaser, or a more adventurous subscription?
   An adventurous subscription is ideal for an office full of coffee enthusiasts, as you'll receive lots of different coffees. But if you want to keep it more crowd pleasing (i.e. if you are expecting lots of different visitors or enjoy more chocolatey coffees), then the crowd pleasing option is the way to go.

Billing & Delivery

• Billing: You will be billed on the same day of the month each month.
• Dispatch & service: Orders are shipped on Tuesdays on a 24h service so your coffee arrives during the work week.

Savings with bigger parcels

Choosing a larger monthly parcel can lower your effective price per kilogram. Here are transparent examples based on current options:

• Easy Drinker: 4 kg = £128 (approx; £32/kg) • 6 kg = £180 (approx; £30/kg) • 8 kg = £224 (approx; £28/kg) • 10 kg = £275 (approx; £27.50/kg)
• Rotating: 4 kg = £160 (approx; £40/kg) • 6 kg = £228 (approx; £38/kg) • 8 kg = £300 (approx; £37.50/kg) • 10 kg = £360 (approx; £36/kg)
