Wholesale Specialty Coffee Supplier in Manchester

We supply independent cafés, bakeries, bars and restaurants across Manchester and the North West with exceptional specialty coffee, roasted in York and sourced through our farm-level partnerships.

Manchester has one of the UK’s most demanding coffee scenes. Our partners there use us as a house roaster, a guest roaster and for their own custom-packaged coffee.

We regularly work with Always the Same, Atrium, Bo Coffee, Hikari, Artista Perfetto, Siop Siop, Pollen Bakery and Grind & Tamp in Ramsbottom, along with many other businesses across Greater Manchester.

We ship wholesale orders to Manchester and Greater Manchester with Royal Mail and DPD, and shipping is free on orders over £60. Every order is roasted to order in York, so our coffee arrives fresh and ready to rest.

Every mainstay wholesale account gets unlimited free barista training from Ben (read Ben’s journey), Alfie or Kish, either at your Manchester venue or at our roastery in York.

We’ve run a latte art throwdown and a coffee tasting with our partners at Bo Coffee and Atrium, and a coffee & music evening at SaleMoon. If you’d like to bring new faces through your door, we’ll help you plan and run an event of your own.

Some of our Manchester partners sell coffee under their own name. Our in-house designer Sophie creates bespoke packaging for contracted coffees, and we offer white label too.
